David Alviar
David started rowing for UT in the fall of 2005. His crew placed first in SIRAS in the Collegiate 8’s. One of the things he likes about teaching people how to row at the Texas Rowing Center is spreading knowledge about his favorite sport. It also helps him to become a better rower.
David loves to row because it demands strength of mind, body, and soul so he can break through the mental and physical planes of the sport.
