From North Mopac
Go south on Mopac
Take the Lake Austin Blvd. Exit (to the right, immediately before the Cesar Chavez Street Exit)
Follow the frontage road to the Lake Austin Blvd. intersection traffic light
Go through the traffic light bearing right for about 200 yards until you come to a stop sign at Veteran’s Drive.
Go left on Veteran’s Drive for three-tenths of a mile (under Mopac bridge)
Look for the “Texas Rowing Center” sign and park along the street
From South Mopac
Go north on Mopac over the Mopac Bridge
Take the 5th Street - Cesar Chavez Street exit
Stay in the right hand lane and follow the Cesar Chavez exit
Stay in the right hand lane and exit for Austin High School / Town Lake Animal Center (exit ramp turns 180 degrees until you face Austin High School)
Turn left at the first street after the exit, just before the Austin High parking lot (marked by “30 mph” and “private road” signs)
Go three-tenths of a mile
Look for the “Texas Rowing Center” sign and park along the street
From Riverside Drive (Southeast Austin)
Go west on Riverside Drive to Lamar Blvd
Turn right on Lamar Blvd and go over the Lamar Bridge and take the first right exit on Sandra Murida (immediately after the bridge), which winds down to Cesar Chavez
Turn right on Cesar Chavez and go through one traffic light and past the YMCA
Take the right exit for the Town Lake Animal Center and follow the frontage road past the Animal Center entrance and under the Mopac entrance ramp emerging next to Austin High School
Turn right on the first street after the Austin High School parking lot (marked by “30 mph” and “private road” signs)
Go three-tenths of a mile
Look for the “Texas Rowing Center” sign and park along the street
From I-35
Take the Cesar Chavez exit and go right or west on Cesar Chavez (1st Street)
Go under Lamar Bridge and past the YMCA
Take the next right exit with signs for the Town Lake Animal Center and follow the frontage road past the Animal Center entrance and under the Mopac entrance ramp emerging next to Austin High School
Turn right on the first street after the Austin High School parking lot (marked by “30 mph” and “private road” signs)
Go three-tenths of a mile
Look for the “Texas Rowing Center” sign and park along the street
